All training programs offered at Kristal Academy are strictly for educational and professional skill development purposes.
The academy does not authorize or license any student to perform medical or invasive procedures unless they are a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP) legally permitted to do so under their respective medical council or governing body.
RMPs may be trained in both invasive and non-invasive procedures, within the limits of their recognized qualifications and applicable laws.
Non-medical students are eligible to learn only non-invasive aesthetic procedures, which do not involve injections, blood draw, or invasive tools.
All hands-on sessions are conducted for training and demonstration purposes only under expert supervision.
Students or graduates must ensure full compliance with all local and national regulations when practicing or setting up any form of aesthetic or cosmetology clinic.
Individuals who wish to open their own clinic must adhere to all statutory and medical laws—this includes employing or collaborating with a qualified and registered medical practitioner (RMP) who is legally permitted to supervise or perform medical aesthetic procedures.
The academy is not responsible for any misuse, malpractice, or non-compliance by trainees or graduates after course completion.
All information provided during training or in study materials is for educational use only and must not be treated as medical advice or a substitute for professional consultation or treatment.
