All training programs offered at Kristal Academy are strictly for educational and professional skill development purposes.

• The academy does not authorize or license any student to perform medical or invasive procedures unless they are a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP) legally permitted to do so under their respective medical council or governing body.
   
• RMPs may be trained in both invasive and non-invasive procedures, within the limits of their recognized qualifications and applicable laws.
   
• Non-medical students are eligible to learn only non-invasive aesthetic procedures, which do not involve injections, blood draw, or invasive tools.
   
• All hands-on sessions are conducted for training and demonstration purposes only under expert supervision.
   
• Students or graduates must ensure full compliance with all local and national regulations when practicing or setting up any form of aesthetic or cosmetology clinic.
   
• Individuals who wish to open their own clinic must adhere to all statutory and medical laws—this includes employing or collaborating with a qualified and registered medical practitioner (RMP) who is legally permitted to supervise or perform medical aesthetic procedures.
   
• The academy is not responsible for any misuse, malpractice, or non-compliance by trainees or graduates after course completion.
   
• All information provided during training or in study materials is for educational use only and must not be treated as medical advice or a substitute for professional consultation or treatment.
